Cancellation Policy
If a booking is cancelled more than 30 days prior to the date, you will be entitled to a refund or credit for any payment, less $75.
Subject to and without limiting any statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law that may apply, you will not be entitled to a refund if you cancel a booking within 30 days of the date of the booking.
We will endeavour to facilitate any date change requested by you for your booking subject to:
- Your preferred dates being available, and;
- the payment of an administrative fee of $50.00 for each change.
No Snow? Money Back!
The Snow Guarantee is provided by Buller Ski Lifts and participating Mt Buller accommodation providers to give confidence to guests when booking a snow holiday. It's a money-back guarantee on all prepaid accommodation and applies if there is insufficient snow cover. The Victoria Police Alpine Club (VPAC) has adopted this ‘No snow, Money back ‘ policy for winter accommodation booked at the VPAC.
The Snow Guarantee applies as follows:
